    Hi, I'm Parker Rice—owner of a local remodeling company right here in Lincolnton, NC. My journey in remodeling started back in Iowa, where I spent countless weekends helping my dad renovate kitchens. It was more than just a chore—it’s where I found my passion for building, creating, and transforming spaces.

    After moving to Charlotte, I met my amazing wife, and together we decided to put down roots in Lincolnton to raise our two wonderful kids. This community means a lot to us, and I’m excited to give back by helping local homeowners bring their renovation visions to life.

    With over 30 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer and a lifelong passion for craftsmanship, I bring both precision and care to every remodeling project. My journey began in Iowa remodeling kitchens, and now, after relocating to North Carolina, I’ve returned to my roots—this time alongside my son—reviving our family tradition of home renovation.
